A problem with many soccer players today is that their weak foot is not as developed as it should be. To be a complete soccer player you need to be able to use both feet almost evenly.
During this program:
• Players will perform repetition skill drills with their weaker foot.
• Players will use practiced skills in a game like environment.
• Players will be given take home skill assignments.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Get out of your Comfort Zone
Our goal with this program is to provide young individuals age 10 to 16 who have a passion for soccer, with the physical and mental skills to maximize their athletic potential in the sport.
The Advanced Training Program's goal is to help guide and shape each individual by developing the complete athlete. The complete athlete involves much more than the physical components. In order to maximize physical results in an athlete, training must also incorporate psychological and emotional components.

SMALL-SIDED GAMES
Learn the Game by Playing the Game
The use of small sided games is valuable in developing soccer players of all ages and is used at every level of soccer from professional to grass roots. While team tactics require the use of a larger playing area and number of players, the small-sided game is essential for developing technique and small group play which is easily transferable to the 11 aside game. It is in Small-Sided Games where players “Learn the Game”.
Advantages of Small-Sided Games:
1. Players get more touches on the ball
2. Players have more responsibilities because there are fewer players to do the work
3. The smaller area to play in gives more opportunities to defend and attack quickly
4. The smaller area enables players to learn how to play quickly and to make decisions under pressure

BOOT CAMP
There is Fit and then there is Soccer Fit
One can be very "fit", can run for days, however can NOT last more than 15 minutes in an intense soccer match.
This program will get players game fit with the use of a soccer specific fitness training program. Players will perform intervals, circuits, skill fitness with a ball, core strengthening, everything needed to be a complete fit soccer player.

SEASONAL CAMPS
Seasonal Skills Camps will take place throughout the year and will offer a wide-range of soccer skill work. These camp will offer players the opportunity to take in some extra touches outside of their current training routine.
